The Martinos Center operates a state-of-the-art multinuclear MR imager/spectrometer which is comprised of a Magnex 14T (600 MHz proton frequency) actively shielded magnet connected to a Bruker Avance console. The system is capable of single and double resonance multinuclear liquid-state, HRMAS, and solid-state spectroscopy, as well as multinuclear microscopy with spatial resolution as fine as 20 microns.
