Congratulations to Valerie Klein for winning the best abstract award at the 2019 ISMRM Workshop on MR Safety in Utrecht for her work entitled: "Informing MRI safety using coupled electromagnetic and electrophysiological modeling of cardiac stimulation"

 

Finalist for the German Future Prize  

A Colleague and MGH Alumni, Christina Triantafyllou, Ph.D., has become one of the three finalists for the German government's Future Prize!  

Dr. Triantafyllou is a finalist for her excellent research in Ultra-high-field MRI.

ISMRM 2019 AWARDS

 

Congratulations to Mathias Davids for winning the 2019 ISMRM I.I. Rabi Young Investigator Award for his paper on modeling Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) in MRI.

 

Congratulations to Fuyixue Wang for being named a finalist in the 2019 I.I. Rabi Young Investigator Award competition of the ISMRM for her work on Echo Planar Time Resolved Imaging (EPTI).

ISMRM ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The group attended the annual conference in Montreal, Canada this year. May 11-16, 2019.  #ISMRM19  

Members presented over 70 abstracts, including 44 oral presentations (Oral Scientific Sessions & Oral Power Pitch Sessions).

MR-PIG Summer outing

The group biked from Davis Square to Walden Pond, where they spent the afternoon relaxing, before headed back...riding a total of 36 miles!

Faculty and staff attended the Annual ISMRM Conference, June 16-21, 2018. Paris, France

The MRPIGs 2018 ISMRM abstracts are now online. Here is a link to a list of the 90 presentations from the group. 

Group authors gave 30 oral presentations and 9 power-pitch presentations.
