Registration is required to
download FDMD. Registration enables us to report to the National
Institutes of Health how many people are using the code. This, in turn,
should enable us to continue to develop and support this code for
public use.
An email will be sent to the
email address you give below directing you to a password protected web
page from where you can download the FDMD distribution. Make sure to
give a valid email address.
